Campana & Schott has received the TOP CONSULTANT Award 2022 as one of the best consultancies in Germany for medium-sized businesses. To select the winner, feedback and assessments from the areas of professionalism, satisfaction and consulting performance were evaluated in a form of a comprehensive customer survey.
On behalf of compamedia, the Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung (WGMB) from Bonn examined the competence with which Campana & Schott advises its customers. The benchmarking report breaks down the results of the participants, compares them with the figures derived from the field as a whole, and divides them into different consulting segments.
What is the result? Campana & Schott’s impressive performance was based first and foremost on the very high satisfaction of its customers. In this category, the company scored 856 out of a possible 900 points, thereby topping the already outstanding result from the previous year. A total of 90 percent of those surveyed gave the company the highest score, and the figure for customer loyalty even rose as high as 95 percent. In addition, the company scored highly for integrity, openness, professionalism, and expertise, as well as for its exceptionally high recommendation rate. Furthermore, customers particularly appreciate the company’s respectful and cooperative communication in their cooperation with Campana & Schott, as well as its high level of commitment and its solution orientation.
