Campana & Schott developed a customized solution for HSE that introduced an audit-proof archive based on SharePoint Online and seamlessly integrated it into the existing Microsoft Teams environment. The responsible teams in the finance and HR departments were provided with their own structured archives, ensuring the secure storage of documents within the legally prescribed retention periods. Crucially, existing workflows and the familiar retrieval of documents remained unchanged.
