Helaba relies on Campana & Schott to simplify financing inquiries

Design and introduction of a process application for foreign trade.

Campana & Schott and a foreign trade financing department of Helaba worked together to design and implement a uniform sales and administration process. The solution is available to all employees in the department as a central portal. Financing inquiries are depicted in an application up to the conclusion of a contract, including risk assessments and export insurance. The solution allows users to quickly review inquiries taking into account the probability that a contract will be concluded, and they can analyze them on a consolidated basis. A direct reporting function significantly improves the management options across all hierarchy levels.

Campana & Schott has been instrumental in helping us to significantly simplify finance inquiries. The introduction of the new portal provided us with an excellent assessment basis and allowed us to reduce our response times to finance inquiries. We particularly enjoyed the amicable cooperation with the Campana & Schott consultants at eye level.
