If we can imagine working with you, we will invite you to a first job interview or a telephone interview with our recruiting department within two weeks. Here you have the opportunity to get to know Campana & Schott better and to present yourself and your professional qualifications.
In the second interview, you will get to know your potential supervisor and other consultants. You will gain insights into our daily work, team dynamics and details of projects, tasks and our everyday work.
We rely on a two-pronged induction phase. At the two-week start-up camp, you will familiarize yourself with the tools of the trade in our industry. Immediately afterwards you will take on responsibility together with senior consultants in your first project.
If you have any technical or personal questions about your work at Campana & Schott, you will also have an experienced employee at your side as a "Senior Buddy".
For our project business, we are particularly looking for graduates in business administration / economics, (industrial) engineering, business informatics and related areas. Applicants with other degrees who have professional experience in IT and project management are also welcome.
Other specialist knowledge may be required for central functions (HR, marketing, administration, etc.). You can find the respective requirements in the individual job advertisements
