In order to drive this forward, the company is constantly developing the digital workplace within the organization - including the existing telephone landscape.
Together with our team of experts and a team from our partner Microsoft, SMA has replaced the previous telephone landscape with Microsoft Teams Phone. As a result, SMA now uses the same standard at all of its locations worldwide and can better address infrastructure challenges. There are also other benefits, such as cost savings. "Thanks to the scalability of the cloud, it is no longer necessary to operate and maintain a local infrastructure," says our colleague Torsten Krämer (Senior Project Executive at Campana & Schott).
