Introduction of the Digital Workplace: Change Management as a Success Factor at Eppendorf.

The Digital Workplace at Eppendorf is changing the way people work around the world. With Campana & Schott as a partner, the acceptance of new IT tools was increased and employees were efficiently supported.

Aligning the IT tool landscape with the needs of employees and standardizing it globally - this was the focus of the Eppendorf Group's Digital Workplace program. As a leading international company in the life science industry, it was crucial to actively shape the digital transformation and provide employees with the best possible support. Employees were at the center of the entire program. The aim was to support the entire organization in changing the way it works and to anchor this change in the long term.
