Best of Consulting Award: Campana & Schott wins three awards!

Campana & Schott took 3rd place in the Technologies category with a project for KUKA, a leading global provider of automation solutions and robotics. The goal was to restructure the global IT organization. A customized Target Operating Model (TOM) was used to make processes more efficient and to strengthen the cooperation between IT and business in the long term. The innovative, platform-based approach enabled significant cost savings and set the stage for future innovation.

Campana & Schott received an award in the Finance category for its project with DAK-Gesundheit. The project focused on creating a comprehensive carbon footprint and introducing a central emissions data management system. The Microsoft Sustainability Manager was used to create transparency to enable targeted measures to reduce emissions. The initiative is helping DAK-Gesundheit achieve its climate neutrality goals by 2030.

In the Organization category, Campana & Schott is supporting the Lufthansa Group in its cultural transformation. With the "LH Group Cultural Journey" program, the LH Group is pursuing a holistic transformation approach that focuses on both structural and individual behavior. The goal is to create a corporate culture that leverages the synergies of diversity and promotes cross-divisional cooperation and shared values. The focus is on operationalizing a cultural vision that strengthens the cohesion of the more than 200 companies and lays the foundation for future innovation.
