To our job offers

1. (Senior) Associate

As an Associate, you can start your career in consulting without a degree - for example, with a completed vocational training program.

To join us as a Senior Associate, you should already have a Bachelor's degree or be interested in joining us as part of a dual degree program.

2. (Senior/Managing) Consultant

With a degree, all doors are open to you as a consultant.

As a Senior Consultant, you can take responsibility for your own projects and further develop your professional and technical skills.

After a few years on the job, you will set the tone as a Managing Consultant and impress our customers and colleagues with your in-depth specialist knowledge as a proven expert. You will take on management tasks and be responsible for the conception of complex projects or get involved in acquiring new customers.

3. (Senior) Manager

As a (Senior) Manager, you can make your mark at a new level. You will develop your leadership skills - in sales, delivery, expertise or team management. In your area of focus, you will drive forward strategic topics or innovations, manage forward-looking projects, build and expand relationships with customers or develop your team.

4. Principal

As a Principal, you are responsible for an entire business unit. Strategic topics are an important focus. At the same time, you will manage your own project and customer portfolios, further develop products and services and/or establish and expand personnel structures.
