Mutual trust and respect are an essential part of our corporate DNA. This also includes that all employees deal sensitively with confidential information and that our managers support their employees. In a regular exchange, our LGBT*IQ community shares their experiences with our managers and gives helpful tips, for example, on how they can support employees in outings. In addition, we are supporters of the #positivework campaign of the German Aidshilfe and are committed to respectful interaction and non-discriminatory cooperation.
