OKR, which stands for “Objectives and Key Results”, is a method for defining, measuring and tracking goals based on a shared vision and direction. It involves the formulation of qualitative and inspirational objectives that describe the desired outcome, and quantitative and measurable key results that indicate progress and achievement of the objectives.
At Campana & Schott we see OKR as a framework and above all as a management and communication tool. In recent months, we have supported the Innovation Management & Corporate Strategy team at EAM GmbH & Co. KG in applying the framework.
