What we do

We accompany IT mergers & acquisitions from the analysis to the anchoring in operations and ensure that no unknown risks arise.

Analysis

We carry out extensive due diligence, identify risks and synergies in relation to the IT landscape and examine options for renegotiating contracts or reducing costs in general. Our detailed assessment of IT resources, processes and support structures serves as the basis for the next phases. 

Day 1 operations

In addition to setting up a solid project organization with concrete milestones, we make urgent preparations for Day 1. We ensure that key players have access to the buyer's business applications, provide a collaboration platform for the integration project and enable access to important intranet pages (integration portal).

Planning & conception

We plan and develop functional specifications and create technical migration concepts. <span class="ui-provider a b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak">We coordinate the implementation process in close coordination with the affected departments and suppliers, and</span> attach great importance to structured risk management.

Implementation

We ensure that all necessary measures are implemented on time and on budget and adapt support structures while maintaining business continuity at all times. If required, we take on change management measures, user training and the handover to operations.
