INEOS Styrolution wins Intra.NET Reloaded Berlin Award 2020

INEOS Styrolution has won the Intra.NET Reloaded Berlin Award 2020 in the category “Best Digital Employee Experience”. The leading supplier of styrenics implemented the Digital Workplace and a modern intranet solution in the middle of last year with the support of Campana & Schott. The current award proves that the support of comprehensive change management – with the help of continuous consulting – is crucial for the success of digital projects. INEOS Styrolution now benefits from improved communication, teamwork and productivity, while at the same time focusing on the needs of its employees. 

Campana & Schott supported the worldwide introduction of the new solutions for the Digital Workplace by providing online training for nearly one hundred INEOS Styrolution employees and activating them in regular Champions Calls. The aim at the start of the Digital Workplace project was to increase acceptance of the new tools. In implementing the new intranet based on SharePoint Online, Teams and Yammer, the project team followed an agile project approach with sprints, daily stand-ups and weekly meetings.
