We will work with you to develop the core topics of the various pillars of the FinOps framework. We will focus on the areas that are important to you and formulate your individual goals.

FinOps Azure Assessment & Use Cases​

We will take a look at your Azure environment and discuss the key challenges with you. From this, we will derive a recommendation for action and initial concrete measures for cost optimization.

Defining the Next Steps

We will work with you to plan how to put the insights gained into practice and support you in the next steps.

The workshop will be conducted as a half-day or full-day workshop, depending on your individual situation.

The cost of the workshop is €2,500. Selected companies by Microsoft receive the workshop for free.
