AI tools like ChatGPT are well established at companies of different sizes across various industries by now. Employees at the AMAG Group, one of Switzerland’s biggest automotive companies, are no exception in wanting advanced AI tools for their digital workplace. However, aspects such as data security and privacy compliance, integration into the work environment, and the benefits of access to corporate data are often neglected when tools like these are introduced. The AMAG Group decided to approach the use of AI strategically and evaluate M365 Copilot in a proof of value study from the company’s perspective.
