Integrated project management at enercity AG

enercity AG planned to introduce a company-wide project management standard to replace the existing "isolated solutions". The main challenges: different approaches to project work, unclear responsibilities, inadequate resource allocation, prematurely started projects and a lack of transparency regarding project progress.
