The Future Organization Report annually examines the challenges, approaches and success factors in managing agile transformation processes in companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The study is published by the Institute for Business Informatics at the University of St.Gallen in cooperation with Campana & Schott.
For the current 2021 edition, the data of 522 managers and employees was collected as part of a quantitative online survey. In addition, 22 qualitative interviews were conducted with top decision-makers from ten industries.
