The digital workplace and hybrid work

The obligation to work from home and hybrid working are ensuring the digitization of communication, but mainly among office workers. As a result, the majority of the global workforce of frontline workers who are in personal contact with customers or work in production are cut off from digital company channels. Companies have recognized this problem, but the implementation is far behind the claim.
