Tailored Scaling Approaches

SAFe, LeSS, Spotify, Nexus… there are many agile scaling frameworks. We analyze together with you which framework fits best. We then tailor it to your specific conditions or combine it with other approaches if necessary.

Provision of Key Roles for Agile Transformation

Your agile transformation has already started, and you need additional agile experts? We provide complete Transformation Offices, LACEs (Lean-Agile-Centers-of-Excellence), Agile Coaches, certified SPCs, or RTEs, depending on your needs.

SAFe Training and Certifications

As certified SPCs, we support companies in qualifying and certifying their employees. We train agile key roles (RTE, STE, PO, SM) and empower teams. Available with or without certification, as desired.
